Belo meso iseći na tanke šnicle, posuti ih začinom i premazati senfom. Slaninu iseći na šnite, takodje suvi vrat i kačkavalj na listiće. Podmazati vatrostalnu posudu, po dnu staviti šnicle, preko poredjati suvi vrat, pa slaninu, polovinu pavlake premazati pa složiti listove kačkavalja. Posebno umutiti jaje i drugu polovinu pavlake pa premazati preko kačkavalja. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180°C dok ne porumeni.
